NEWTON SECURITY ANNOUNCES FACILITY EXPANSION Seattle WA (June 2, 2004)- Newton Security, Inc., the global leader in the supply of machine vision single person detection systems announced today the expansion of its production and development facilities as well as the addition of a new state of the art demonstration center. All of the increase in facilities will take place at the companies’ manufacturing and corporate headquarters, located in the Seattle suburb of Renton, Washington.
“With the continued emphasis on security in the world and the increased recognition by security professionals that piggybacking/tailgate prevention is an essential component of any secure system, our business growth has been dramatic and has far outstripped our current facilities.” said John W. Bramblet went on to say “We are especially pleased to open our new demonstration center to allow us to fully exhibit all of the capabilities of our growing product line.
The new demonstration center will allow not only for the display of the standard patent pending Newton T-DAR® (Tailgate Detection and Prevention Systems) system and popular single person mantraps, but in addition, will exhibit Newton’s new people counting, one way detection and exit lane control products. It will also include working examples of Newton’s cooperative products such as the Gunnebo Entrance Control
(The ImmSec automated immigration system) and the Designed Security Inc.(T-DAR® equipped DSI optical turnstiles).
